Information on the student information screen is real time, cumulative data. Credit card payments are updated daily by 17:00 each day for the previous day's transactions. Cash and check processing time could be a few days as the forms and payments make it to the Technology office from each campus. Fees and charges to your student's account will be added by technicians, principals and counselors as warranted. Fees for each year are posted when we receive your form. Your account may show a credit until the current year's Use and Insurance fees are assessed. If your account information is inaccurate, please allow a few days for staff to research the information, especially during the first few weeks of school. Please contact your child's counsleor or principal with any questions.
